Ahoy, Mateys! VBS 2010 "High Seas Expedition" Recap
VBS 2010 was held June 7th - 11th. We had a great week sailing the mighty waves of God's love with 120 registered sailors. Our average attendance was 115 and we were so excited to share God's message with Brandon! Our mission this year was Theresa's House, an orphanage in the Congo. We were able to raise enough money to make 25 "God Loves Me" blankets and send them to the children at the orphanage. We were blessed to be able to assist those less fortunate. Overall, the week went fast and the Holy Spirit touched many souls. We hope to see you next year where we will continue to study God's word and see how He impacts our daily lives! Special thanks to all the volunteers who helped with coordinating, decorating, cooking, donating, teaching, and clean up. It's you that makes VBS a success. We look forward to 2011!
See the Coming Events page for current dates and times of all studies! You can also check the bulletin board between the mail boxes for upcoming Community Events!
